Jr NTR has released the big first look poster of his eagerly awaited reunion with director Trivikram Srinivas in which there is great anticipation from fans. The poster, released only hours ago, should be an emblematic, mythological, huge, epic experience that is big and grand.

The visuals are of a huge trishul with a DNA helix piercing through the stormy skies, ancient temples and a battlefield. There’s a Sanskrit verse wishing to honor a six-faced deity and the tagline is “One Spear. One Purpose. One Divine Reckoning.” The symbolism has already drawn questions on the internet as to whether the imagery is a reference to Lord Kartikeya, son of Shiva and the movie will attempt to address mythological themes in an allegorical manner in a modern way.
This is Jr NTR’s second collaboration with Trivikram after their 2018 blockbuster Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava. Also, Haarika & Hassine Creations and NTR Arts are behind the film with music by Anirudh Ravichander. To this end, Trivikram’s storytelling skills and NTR’s commanding screen presence have created high expectations for yet another great film.
Supporters have already posted the #GodOfWar edits on social media and expressed their feelings about the poster’s design and speculation about its deeper meaning. The trishul and DNA helix are seen in the context of divinity and destiny and mythology merged with people’s struggle, in a story that is a kind of mythology for all.
Here is Jr NTR shooting for Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, which will be released in June 2027. The God of War shoot will begin once NTR wraps up his commitments for Dragon. Trivikram is also completing his upcoming film Adarsha Kutumbam with Venkatesh, so this reunion can be launched in production later this year.
Finally, the God of War first-look poster has made the internet go full-fledged; it mixes mythological grandeur with cinematic innovation. Jr NTR and Trivikram are in talks for their second collaboration, and we are eagerly awaiting what looks like one of the most ambitious projects in Indian cinema.
