First Day of Filming
Director Ashwath Marimuthu started the shoot along with Rajinikanth to celebrate the event with fans who gathered to cheer for Thalaivar. The poster release set the tone for the film and left no doubt about how it would be about the dark side of the medical field and the raw action in it.
