The makers of Nitesh Tiwari’s next epic movie Ramayana are preparing for a spectacular trailer launch in New Delhi. A film launch ceremony of the movie's trailer is scheduled on July 18 at Bharat Mandapam for the film’s big-ticket promotional campaign ahead of theatrical release.

The event will be one of the biggest film promotions of the year and it is expected that most of the cast members including Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Yash will be present. We have already announced the trailer release date but the details of guest list and event schedule will be revealed nearer the event.
Ramayana is amongst the most ambitious Indian film projects ever made. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, the mythological epic will be a two-part movie based on ancient Indian epic with Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Rama, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana, Sunny Deol and Ravi Dubey as the main actors.
The trailer launch at Bharat Mandapam will give people the best visualization of the film's visual scale, world-building and storytelling on the big screen. Since the first glimpse and promotional material were released, fans have been waiting for a full trailer with all the action of the film, visual effects and performances.
Ramayana has been generating excitement for a year now. It has been discussed in great detail in the industry for its high production value, international technical collaborations, and music composed by A. R. Rahman and Hans Zimmer. Industry observers say that the trailer launch could become one of the most-watched promotional events for an Indian film this year.
It also seems that the New Delhi event is a big media spectacle in the making and the fans, industry figures and members of the press are expected to attend. The decision to put Bharat Mandapam, one of India's major convention halls, shows how big a deal the filmmakers want to make it.
Ramayana: Part 1 is expected to be released on Diwali 2026 and the second one on Diwali 2027. The countdown to July 18 begins, and the public is anxiously awaiting the trailer to be able to measure it up to the much-anticipated product of Indian cinema.
